Dr. SHAJI B serves as the Head of the Department and Associate Professor of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at Mahaguru Institute of Technology. An accomplished academician and administrator, Dr. Shaji brings over two decades of teaching, research and leadership experience in the fields of Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics.

He received his Ph.D. from Anna University and holds advanced degrees in Information Technology and Human Resource Management. Dr. Shaji is a passionate educator, involved actively in mentoring students and faculty and is well known for organizing and leading national and international technical symposiums, conferences and development workshops focused on emerging technologies.

His research contributions span federated learning, secure communication, e-commerce fraud detection, mobile network evaluation and resource optimization in wireless sensor networks. Dr. Shaji has published extensively in reputed journals, authored a book on healthcare technologies and holds patents in cloud network anomaly detection and IoT healthcare devices.
