Grievance Redressal

As per the ordinance from Kerala Technological University (KTU), a Student Grievance Redressal Cell has been reconstituted in this institution on 08/04/21. This cell serves as a dedicated platform for all stakeholders to express their concerns and seek resolutions.

The committee is committed to addressing genuine problems and complaints from students, staff, and parents, regardless of the nature of the issue, fostering a culture of transparency and mutual respect.

The primary objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all stakeholders to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute. All proceedings within the grievance mechanism are formally documented.
