Mahaguru Institute of Technology is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students, encouraging them to think creatively and develop real-world solutions. Our Institute Innovation Cell (IIC), Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC), and Entrepreneurship Development Club (ED) supported by the IQAC, provides a vibrant ecosystem that nurtures students’ startup ideas and entrepreneurial ventures, equipping them with the skills and resources to succeed in today’s competitive landscape.

Mentoring and Support for Startups

We actively mentor and support our students in launching startups and entrepreneurial initiatives, offering guidance from experienced faculty and industry experts. Our programs focus on nurturing student ideas from inception to implementation, helping them develop viable business models, secure funding, and navigate the entrepreneurial journey.

Collaborations and Programs

In collaboration with EY Global Delivery Services, we launched the Leadership and Entrepreneurship Enrichment Programme (LEEP) to enhance our students' leadership and entrepreneurial skills. The first phase of LEEP has successfully concluded, and our students benefited from interactive sessions on leadership, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset. The second phase will be launched soon, promising further in-depth training and mentoring.

MIT regularly organizes hackathons to give students the opportunity to solve complex, real-world problems and showcase their innovative thinking. These events serve as platforms for students to collaborate, innovate, and pitch their ideas, with the best solutions receiving support for further development.

We encourage our students to participate in bootcamps and idea-pitching competitions, providing them with exposure to industry experts and investors. These events offer valuable feedback, networking opportunities, and insights into refining business ideas and launching successful ventures.
